Does OHIP cover dental?
OHIP does not cover routine dental care for adults. Exceptions: Ontario Works (OW) and ODSP recipients may qualify for emergency coverage, and children under 18 in low-income families may be eligible through Healthy Smiles Ontario (HSO). For everyone else, private dental insurance is the primary coverage.
Ari Dental accepts most major insurance plans and offers direct billing — we submit your claim so you only pay your share. Call 416-977-1414 to verify your coverage.
