Greed over patient care—and zero accountability. A crown fell off an implant that Dr. Aram Mohajer placed 12 years ago. When I contacted them, they refused to even look at it unless I paid an out-of-pocket "consultation fee" first—just to look at their own doctor's past work. Every other dental office I called confirmed they don't charge for an initial consultation of this nature. In fact, I went to an implant specialist at a different clinic who examined my tooth and bonded the crown back in place completely free of charge, even though it wasn't his original work. When I emailed Dr. Ari’s management to express my disappointment, they hid behind corporate boilerplate excuses and doubled down on their charges. It speaks volumes when a brand-new clinic treats a patient with more fairness and integrity than your own long-term dentist. Avoid if you don't want to be nickeled-and-dimed.
